Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically take 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
We offer the following delivery options:

Courier Center Home Delivery: Your order will be delivered directly to your address.

BoxNow Locker Delivery: Collect your order at your convenience from the nearest BoxNow locker.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Refund Policy
We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items include items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on the swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained.
Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale
Sale items including items pusrchased during flash sales or with a code above 15%.
Items that have been worn or are damaged, soiled/stained.
Items without the original packaging.

What happens if your return is rejected:
Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner in tact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits n these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will be covered by deducting from store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within two (2) days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
